About the Strike Lane leaderboard

Ten-pin bowling down a real-looking lane: slide the ball, flick it up and curl it into the pocket, then watch the pins fly in slow motion. A full ten-frame game against your own best.

This board ranks every signed-in player’s best verified score in Strike Lane of all time. Each player is listed once, with their best run: a better run replaces it, a worse one leaves it where it is.

How a run scores

  • Flick up the lane and let go to roll: the line of your flick aims the ball, and a faster flick throws it harder.
  • Read the rack diagram after your first ball, then pick up the spare with your second.
  • Bowl all ten frames: strikes and spares earn bonus balls, and the tenth frame gives you up to three. Then beat your best.

How to climb the board

  • Stand right of centre, flick straight up the boards and curl the end left: the hook brings the ball into the 1-3 pocket at an angle, which carries far more strikes than a straight ball.
  • A dead-centre hit on the head pin is the classic split ball. If you keep leaving the 4-6-7-10, move the ball a little to one side rather than aiming harder at the middle.
  • A faster flick hooks less because the ball has less time on the dry back end; a slower one hooks more. Change one thing at a time so you learn which.

Periods, ties and checks

All-time keeps each player’s best since the board opened. This week starts again every Monday at midnight New York time.

Equal scores share a place, and the run finished first is listed first.

A run records only your inputs. Our server plays them again with the same game code, and only a score the replay matches is verified. A person also checks the top 10 scores.

The board lists every player, guests under their generated name. Sign in with Google or Apple from a result to keep your scores and pick your own name. Bots, scripts and other automated or assisted play are not allowed (see our terms of use).
