Questions, bug reports, ideas for games and requests about your data all reach the same small team that makes Gamefinity, which is run by Uptime Holdings LLC. We read every message, answer requests about your data within one month, and answer everything else as soon as we can.
Before you write, the answer may already be on the site: every game's page explains how to play it and its controls, and the Daily Games, leaderboards and about pages answer the most common questions.
Reporting a bug
Tell us the game, the device and the browser you were using (for example "Stackfall on an iPhone, in Safari"), what you expected and what happened instead. For a daily game, the day matters too. A screenshot is the quickest way to show us a problem: describe what is on it, and we will ask for the picture if we need it.
If a score did not appear on a leaderboard, wait a few minutes first: every top score is replayed on our servers before it counts, and a run that is still being checked shows as provisional.
Your account and your data
Some things you can do at once yourself: delete your account on your account page or in your Swipe mode profile, and, signed in and 13 or older, change your player name on your account page. For anything else, such as a copy of the data linked to your account, tell us your player name and what you need. Before we act on a request, we will ask for something that shows the account is yours. Our privacy policy lists everything we keep and your rights.
Ideas, business and press
Ideas for games, and for making the ones we have better, are always welcome: most of our changes start with a player telling us something felt too hard, too easy or confusing. For partnerships, advertising or press, say so in the subject line and tell us who you are and what you have in mind.
What not to send
Never send a password or a sign-in code: we never ask for one, and Gamefinity has no passwords. Please don't include anyone else's personal details either. We use your email address only to answer you, and we never add it to a mailing list.

How quickly will you answer?
We read every message and answer as soon as we can. A request about your data is always answered within one month.
Do I need an account to write to you?
No. Anyone can write to us. If your message is about your account, tell us your player name so we can find it.
Who will read my message?
Only the Gamefinity team. A message is never published, and we use your address for nothing but answering it.
