• Eat the fruit: an apple is 10 points times your level and one segment; cherries are 30 points and two segments.
• Every fifth fruit the snake speeds up and a golden apple appears for six seconds. Grab it for 50 points times your level.
• From level 3, grab pears to shorten your tail and blueberries to slow time for three seconds.

• Press as the head reaches the cell where you want to turn. A press a moment late still turns there, but a late one turns a cell later, and past level 10 the snake covers ten to thirteen cells a second.
• Watch the amber rings. A sprout becomes a solid hedge a second and a half later, so do not plan a route through it.
• Save the blueberry for when it helps: slow motion is perfect for threading a tight gap or untangling a long snake.

All-time keeps each player’s best since the board opened. This week starts again every Monday at midnight New York time.

Equal scores share a place, and the run finished first is listed first.

A run records only your inputs. Our server plays them again with the same game code, and only a score the replay matches is verified. A person also checks the top 10 scores.

The board lists every player, guests under their generated name. Sign in with Google or Apple from a result to keep your scores and pick your own name. Bots, scripts and other automated or assisted play are not allowed (see our terms of use).
